This video provides an introduction to the National Constitution Center’s Student Programs and highlights the Center’s Scholar Exchange Program. Featured speakers include Kevin Lynch, Director of Student Programs; educator Nate Salamon; Judge Karoline Mehalchick, Federal District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania; and student Program Facilitator Wynn Roney.

The video explains how the Scholar Exchange Program connects students from across the country for nonpartisan discussions of constitutional issues. Through these live, interactive conversations, students engage with judges, attorneys, constitutional scholars, and their peers to explore constitutional topics, examine differing perspectives, and develop a deeper understanding of civic discourse and constitutional principles.

PRESENTER

Kevin Lynch is the Director of Student Programs at the National Constitution Center, where he oversees a wide range of educational and professional development initiatives. He began his career at the Center in 2012 as a Visitor Experience Representative and has since advanced through a variety of roles, gaining experience across all facets of the organization’s programming.

Kevin holds a Master of Arts in History with a concentration in Public History from La Salle University and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Washington College.
